Strength & Nutrition Performance Coach
As a swim coach I have always felt challenged in teaching swimmers how to feel STRENGTH and POWER in a substance that makes you feel weightless. I have always believed dryland training helps swimmers get into better position and feel tension in the water creating better technique and aid in injury prevention.
I have created Swim Strength, a swimming specific dryland training program, that will aid swimmers in becoming better stronger athletes, faster in the pool, and prevent injuries.

Here at Swim Strength our goal is to create faster swimmers through swim specific dryland training. Our program helps swimmers become better athletes, increase athleticism, increase strength to body mass ratio, and ultimately build the ideal swimmers body.
Our main dryland focus is Athleticism and Strength.

“Kelly’s Swim Strength program is fantastic. Jordan started this program in January and he has definitely felt and seen the difference in and out of the pool. Kelly’s workouts are specific to each swimmer’s strengths and weaknesses. Kelly uses the True Coach App for the program. True Coach keeps everything at our fingertips, is easy to follow and the demo videos for the exercises are great. Kelly is able to modify the workouts based on how your swimmer is feeling, if they are hurting, if they are struggling or if something is too easy. This program is easy to fit into our schedule as it is done when we have the time, three times a week. If a workout is missed there is a reminder sent which is great for accountability.
This program has been a blessing this year with the inconsistency of pool swimming due to COVID. The past year and a half has really made us realize how important dryland is to compliment pool practice. Jordan feels stronger in the water since starting Swim Strength and really enjoys the weekly workouts. Before Swim Strength, Jordan was doing a dryland program that we had come up with ourselves but we were never 100% sure if we were doing the right exercises, the right reps, or the right weights. With Swim Strength, Jordan knows he is getting the most out of all of his workouts which translates into faster swimming and more confidence in the pool. Kelly is awesome to work with, easy to get a hold of and always ready to help. We 100% recommend this program for any swimmer that wants to get faster in the pool and prevent injury. We will definitely continue with this program even when swim practices are back to normal. "
